The first contacts will be via Internet, phone or various exhibitions. This contact can be via the Netherlands or directly with our office in France.

After the first contact we can get to work. Professional, correct and delivering results with high quality. In both your and our interest. We will confer with you what your interests exactly are. This can be done personally in our office in France, or via fax, phone or e-mail. Those conversations will always be held with Kees Trommel, as he has the most knowledge of the region and knows exactly what is for sale. 

On this basis a selection will be made for you from our file. In total we have a file of approximately 400 houses/properties for sale. Most houses/properties can be found on our website, however with limited information. If you would like to know more, please feel free to contact us.

The first selection will be reviewed with you. If necessary we will send extra photos and information by e-mail. If you are still interested  we can arrange a meeting to visit one or more objects. If you would like to make use of a Hotel, gite or camping site in the region, please let us know, so we can assist you with your reservation.

If you are still enthusiast about the object and you would like to buy it, the serious procedure starts. After the seller has accepted your offer, a temporary contract of sale will be signed, if necessary with a few conditions from your side.

After signing the temporary contract of sale you have 7 days time for reflection. Within this period you still can cancel the contract of sale. After the 7 days the notary will get to work and investigate everything. On the basis of that data the final contract of sale will be made and signed. This procedure will take about 2 a 3-months. The conveyancing costs will be about 8% and will be charged on top of the selling price.

With the conveyance of the property some management/supervision is possible. For example translations of the contracts, help with connecting to water, electric etc..
