At this park you can choose between five types of villas
with a living area ranging from 130 to 150 m2. They are
built on spacious plots averaging 550 m2 of privately
owned land. The villas are built according to
traditional methods and will be delivered complete.
Luxurious bathrooms, a fully equipped top-quality
kitchen, beautiful tiling, fireplace, barbeque, good
insulation and a large covered patio of 30m2 are all
standard! The quality of your purchase is also
guaranteed: your villa comes with a 10-year building
guarantee in accordance with French legislation.
From € 139,640 (excl. TVA) you can realise your dream of
a second home in France. Many leading banks in the
Netherlands, France and England have shown their faith
in the project, so attractive mortgages can be easily
arranged.

Extra options
You will get the option of having your garden
professionally landscaped. Depending on your wishes,
this can cost between € 5,000 and € 20,000 excl. TVA.
The purchase price of the property does not include a
private swimming pool. Sizes start at 6 x 3 metres,
which costs around € 15,000 excl. TVA. Options such as
heating and lighting are available at an additional cost.
NB. As of 1-1-2004 new French legislation stipulates
that all swimming pools require safety measures. Various
possibilities can meet the norms, such as the aquasensor,
which when a splash is caused by a mass of 7 kg or more
will sound an alarm in the house (this alarm can be
switched off during swimming).
Your villa can be fully designed according to a modern
or romantic version. The prices start from € 10,000
excl. TVA.
